Price Hike Alert: Tata Motors to Raise Car Prices from April 1

Tata motors

Mumbai: Buying a Tata car is set to get slightly more expensive as Tata Motors has announced a price hike across its passenger vehicle range, effective April 1.

The company cited rising input costs and increasing operational expenses as the key reasons behind the revision. On average, petrol vehicle prices will go up by around 0.5%, although the exact increase will vary depending on the model and variant.

Tata Motors’ popular lineup—including Tiago, Tigor, Altroz, Punch, Nexon, Harrier, and Safari—will all see revised pricing under the new structure. The brand continues to offer a strong portfolio spanning hatchbacks, sedans, and SUVs in the Indian market.

With the new financial year approaching, the automaker emphasized that the price adjustment is necessary to manage the growing cost pressures. Prospective buyers planning to purchase a Tata vehicle may want to act quickly and complete their bookings before the revised prices kick in.
