Mother of Journalist and RPI (Athavale) State Working President R.C. Rajeev Passes Away at 76 After Prolonged Illness

Venjaramoodu: C. Rajamma (76), mother of journalist and RPI (Athavale) State Working President R.C. Rajeev, passed away after battling age-related ailments. A native of Rajeev Bhavan in Pothappally, Kumarapuram, Harippad in Alappuzha, Rajamma was the wife of the late Chandradasan. Rajamma had been undergoing treatment for nearly a year at Sree Gokulam Medical College, Venjaramoodu, where Rajamma breathed her last yesterday. The funeral was held today at 4 PM at her residence in Pothappally, Harippad. Rajamma is survived by her children R.C. Rajeev, Rajika Sudheer, and R. Rija and In-laws: Deepa, Sudheer, and Binoy. The post-funeral rites (Sanchayanam) are scheduled for the 7th at 9 AM.
