Mannanam Suresh Named National Working President of Gurudeva Service Society

Thiruvananthapuram: Mannanam Suresh has been appointed as the National Working President of the Gurudeva Service Society, as confirmed by the Society’s National President R.C. Rajeev Das. A multifaceted personality, Suresh is a senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader, acclaimed journalist, and All India President of several socio-political platforms including Lohia Karma Samithi, Socialist Alliance Forum, and Gandhi Darshan Vedhi.

He also wears many hats—serving as a film co-director and Patient Relations Officer at Sree Gokulam Medical College. In the media sphere, he holds key roles as Chief Editor and Managing Director of Prabhatha Bharatham Newspaper, Prabhatha Bharatham Online News, Samanvaya Bharatham magazine, and Hastinapuram Evening Newspaper.

Suresh has played a pivotal role in youth and student politics within the Janata Dal, having held positions ranging from Ettumanoor Constituency President to All India Vice President and General Secretary. He has also served as Kottayam District President, State General Secretary, and National Council Member of the RJD.

Hailing from Kokkappally, Mannanam in Kottayam district, he is the son of K.M. Pavithran and Savithri Pavithran. His wife, Sheeja Suresh, is a professor at Sree Gokulam Nursing College, Vennaramoodu, and the couple has two children, Savidhan Suresh and Saridhan Suresh, both pursuing their education.
