Thiruvananthapuram: Celebrated film producer and visionary entrepreneur Gokulam Gopalan has been honoured with the Sree Chithira Thirunal Award, recognizing his remarkable contributions to culture, social service, and Kerala’s development.
The prestigious award was presented during a grand ceremony in Thiruvananthapuram, held in connection with the birth anniversary celebrations of His Highness Sree Chithira Thirunal Rama Varma, the legendary ruler of Travancore known for his transformative reforms in education, social justice, and governance.
Receiving the honour from Hon’ble MLA Shri I.B. Satheesh, Gokulam Gopalan expressed heartfelt gratitude, describing the moment as one of immense pride and deep humility.
